Welcome to use the Adecco Group China website service (hereinafter referred to as the "service")!
Reminder:Before using the Service, you should carefully read and comply with the User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the Privacy Policy, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially the terms that exempt or limit liability, dispute resolution and applicable laws. Terms of exclusion or limitation of liability may appear in bold font, which you should focus on. When you fill in the information, read and agree to this agreement and complete all activation procedures according to the prompts on the page, or when you actually use the service in other ways permitted by TAG, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of this agreement, and this agreement becomes legally binding. You undertake to accept and abide by the provisions of this Agreement, and you shall not claim the invalidity of this Agreement or request revocation of this Agreement on the grounds that you have not read the contents of this Agreement or have not obtained an answer to your inquiry from TAG.
Contracting Subjects
This Agreement is concluded jointly between the User who uses the TAG Services through [ ] (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Adecco Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "TAG").
Content and validity of the agreement
1. The content of this agreement includes the body of this agreement and all privacy policies, policies, rules, statements, notices, warnings, tips, and descriptions (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") that TAG has released or may release in the future. The foregoing rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of the Agreement.
2. TAG has the right to formulate and modify this Agreement and related rules from time to time as needed, and once the changed agreement and rules are published, they immediately replace the original agreement and rules and automatically take effect. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the TAG Service, if you continue to use the TAG Service or conduct any website activities, you will accept the revised agreement and rules.
Service content
1. TAG provides various forms of service software such as computer WEB terminal and mobile H5 (subject to the specific provision of TAG), TAG will continue to enrich the terminals and forms of your use of this service, such as you have logged in to use a form of service, You may use other versions of the Services under the same account, and this Agreement automatically applies to your use of all versions of the Software and Services.
2. The Service includes, but is not limited to, all of which you browse through this website TAG's business and information, as well as online consultation Q&A and other services. The Services may be adjusted and updated from time to time according to your needs, please refer to the service items of our relevant mobile clients.
3. The service content includes technical functions such as supporting information query, information submission, data analysis, GPS positioning, etc., which may change according to user needs, be optimized or modified with different service versions or the unilateral judgment of the service provider, or suspended due to regular and irregular maintenance.
4. At the same time, TAG reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify or transfer the service or any part of the service and its related functions, application software at any time at its sole discretion. You agree that TAG shall not be notified of the foregoing and shall not be liable to you or any third party.
Account registration and use
1. You should uphold the principle of good faith, legal and good faith, provide legal, true and accurate registration information to TAG, should not submit any illegal or bad information, and if there is any change in the relevant information, you should update it in time. When you log in, you should submit the true, accurate, complete and reflect the current situation of the identity and other related information, and update the information in a timely manner after the change, otherwise TAG has the right to stop the service and reclaim the account, so the losses arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
2. You confirm that when you log in to the service software or actually use the service in another way permitted by TAG, you should be a natural person, legal person or other organization with full capacity for civil rights and the capacity to act appropriate to the civil acts you are engaged in. If you do not have the above-mentioned subject qualifications, please do not use the service, otherwise you and your guardian shall bear all the consequences arising therefrom, and TAG has the right to cancel (permanently freeze) your account and claim compensation from you and your guardian.
3. You understand and agree that the ownership of tag login accounts (including client accounts and service management accounts) belongs to TAG, and you only obtain the right to use the account after the login is completed. You shall not transfer or be provided to others in any way, otherwise, TAG has the right to immediately and without notice to reclaim the account number, and you shall bear the loss of all data, information, etc. that are emptied or lost due to your use of the service.
4. You should choose a password with strong confidentiality and high security, and properly manage your user name, login password and verification code. You shall keep your terminal and account properly and be fully responsible for all activities (including but not limited to information release, service application, etc.) carried out using the account. You undertake to notify TAG immediately of unauthorized use of your password or account, or any other security question, and you agree and confirm that TAG will not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of such circumstances. Unless required by law or judicial decision and with the consent of TAG, your account and password may not be transferred, donated or inherited in any way (except for property interests related to the account).
5. After TAG withdraws or cancels the account according to this Agreement, it has the right to process the relevant content and information of the account by itself, including but not limited to deletion, etc., and does not need to bear any responsibility to the user in this regard.
Specifications for the use of services
1. The user fully understands and agrees that TAG only provides users with a service platform, and you should be responsible for all acts and results of using the service. Accordingly, you should understand that the use of the TAG Services may result in the risk of illegal or improper behavior (or information) from others, and you should judge and act at your own discretion and at your own risk.
2. You shall bear the costs incurred by using the service, including but not limited to Internet traffic fees, communication service fees, etc.
3. Unless otherwise stated, the services under this Agreement may only be used for non-commercial purposes. You undertake not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or use any part of the Service or the Use or Acquisition of the Service for any purpose including, but not limited to, advertising and any other commercial purposes.
4. You promise not to use the service to carry out any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following acts:
4.1 Upload, transmit or share information containing one of the following:
(a) Oppose the basic principles established in the Constitution;
(b) Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(c) Harming national honor and interests;
(d) Incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination or undermining national unity;
(e) Undermining the state religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(f) Spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(g) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
(h) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the lawful rights of others;
(i) Contains content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, infringing, libelous, vulgar, indecent, or otherwise morally objectionable;
(j) Containing other content restricted or prohibited by PRC laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally binding norms;
4.2 Impersonate any person or institution, or make false statements or false statements or false claims relating to any person or institution;
4.3 Falsify the title or otherwise manipulate the Identifying Data so that the Content is misleading the Content into being transmitted by TAG or its affiliates;
4.4 Upload, transmit or share any content that is known but not authorized to be transmitted pursuant to any law or contract or statutory relationship (e.g. internal information, proprietary and confidential information known or disclosed under employment relationships and confidentiality contracts);
4.5 Upload, transmit or share content suspected of infringing the rights of others (including but not limited to copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights);
4.6 Stalk or otherwise harass others, or send large amounts of information to friends or other users through the Services;
4.7 Upload, transmit or share any advertising, promotional information, promotional materials, "spam", "spam", "spam", "chain letters", "direct marketing" or any other form of solicitation material, except for dedicated areas or special functions used for the foregoing purposes;
4.8 Carry out any acts that exceed the normal internal or external information communication, communication, etc. between friends or users;

4.10 Conduct that violates the "seven bottom lines" requirements of abiding by laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate interests, public order, social morality, and information authenticity;
4.11 Engage in any violation of PRC laws, regulations, rules, policies and normative documents.
You promise not to engage in the following acts in this software and services:
5.1 Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit information about software viruses or other computer code, files and programs that interfere with, disrupt or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communications equipment;
5.2 Interfere with or disrupt the services or the servers and networks connected to the services, or violate any rules, procedures, policies or norms relating to the networks connected to the services;
5.3 By modifying or falsifying instructions and data in the operation of the Software, adding, deleting, or altering the functions or operating effects of the Software, or operating or disseminating the Software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes;
5.4 Through non-TAG development, authorization of third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems, login or use of software and services, or production, release, dissemination of the above tools;
5.5 Interfere with the Software and its components, modules, data, etc. by yourself, authorized others or using third-party software.
6. You promise that you will strictly abide by this Agreement (including the rules described in Article 1 of this Agreement) when using TAG Services.
7. You agree and accept that TAG has the right to review, supervise and take corresponding actions against your use of the service, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the service.
8. You promise not to use the service in any form to infringe tag's commercial interests, or engage in any behavior that may cause damage to TAG or be unfavorable to TAG.
9. If TAG finds or receives reports from others that you have violated this Agreement, TAG has the right to delete and block the relevant content at any time without notice, and take measures including but not limited to withdrawing your account, restricting, suspending, or terminating your use of part or all of this service, and pursuing legal responsibility.
Third-party applications
1. TAG allows third-party applications to access the service platform, and you can directly obtain third-party application services at TAG. You understand and agree that TAG is only the platform provider, the relevant application is provided independently by such third party, and TAG does not assume any responsibility for your use of the application.
2. You understand and agree that TAG shall not be liable for any impact on the third-party application services if TAG makes adjustments, suspensions or terminations to the Services or parts thereof.
Suspension or Termination of Services
1. You agree that, in view of the particularity of the Internet service, TAG has the right to suspend, terminate or cause the termination of the service or any part thereof at any time; tag does not need to notify you of the suspension or termination of the free service.
2. You understand and agree that TAG may regularly or irregularly maintain or overhaul the platform equipment, facilities and software and hardware that provide network services, and if such a situation causes the charged service to be suspended within a reasonable period of time, TAG shall not be liable, but shall notify in advance as much as possible.
3. If there is one of the following breaches, TAG may immediately suspend or terminate the service to the user and require the user to compensate for the loss:
3.1 The User violates the obligations of Article 4;
3.2 The User violates the provisions of Article 5 of the Service Usage Specification.
VIII. Privacy Policy
1. The account you register in the TAG service has a password protection function to ensure the security of your basic information, please keep the account and password information properly.
2. TAG strives to take various reasonable physical, electronic and management security measures to protect your information, so that the information and communication content stored in TAG will not be leaked, damaged or lost, including but not limited to SSL, information encryption storage, data center access control. We have also adopted strict management of employees or outsourced personnel who may be exposed to information, including but not limited to different authority controls according to different positions, signing confidentiality agreements with them, monitoring their operations, and other measures. TAG will provide corresponding security measures to protect your information according to the existing technology, provide reasonable security guarantees, TAG will at any time try to make your information not to be leaked, damaged or lost, but at the same time please note that there is no absolutely perfect security measures on the information network, please keep the relevant information properly.
3. TAG has the right to decide the maximum storage period of your data in this software and services, the maximum storage space of data in the server, etc. according to the actual situation, you should keep the terminal, account number and password, and properly keep the relevant information and content, TAG is not responsible for the loss or theft of data caused by your own reasons and the deletion or storage failure of related data in this software and services.

Intellectual Property Rights
1. You understand and agree that, unless otherwise stated by TAG, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights of all products, technologies, software, programs, data and other information (including but not limited to text, images, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, colors, layout design, electronic documents) contained in the services under this Agreement belong to TAG or owned by its affiliates.
2. You warrant that, unless authorized in writing by TAG, you shall not (and shall not allow any third party) to carry out acts including but not limited to renting, lending, selling, distributing, reproducing, reproducing, compiling, publishing, publishing, reconstructing, disassembling, decompiling, or otherwise discovering the original code, etc. for the above rights.
3. The words, graphics and composition involved in TAG services, as well as other logos, levies, product and service names of TAG and its affiliates are trademarks of TAG and its affiliates in China and other countries, and the user shall not display, use or otherwise process in any way without the written authorization of TAG. You must also not indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise process.
4. You understand and agree to authorize TAG to use your name, trademark and logo in publicity and promotion, but only to indicate that you belong to our customers or partners.
Limitated Liability
1. TAG hereby expressly declares that it does not make any express or implied warranties for the Service, including but not limited to warranties, representations or commitments as to the suitability of the Service, the absence of errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc.
2. TAG does not promise or guarantee the effectiveness, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, integrity and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the service .
3. TAG shall not due to network connection failures, computer, communication or other system failures, power failures, strikes, labor disputes , riots, uprisings, riots, inadequacies of productive forces or means of production, fires, floods, storms, explosions, force majeure, war, government actions, international, Liability for inability to serve or delay in service caused by an order of a domestic court or inaction of a third party.
4. TAG shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, sudden or causal damages or any other damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or interest, suspension of business, loss of data) caused by the following reasons regardless of whether it is foreseeable or not and what form of behavior it comes from.
4.1 Use or inability to use the Services;
4.2 Expenses incurred in purchasing or obtaining any products, samples, data, information or transactions through the Services, or other acts that can replace the above actions;
4.3 Unauthorized access to or modification of data or transmission of data;
4.4 Statements or actions made by third parties through the Services;
4.5 Other Service-related incidents, including damages caused by negligence, etc.
5. You fully understand and agree that in view of the particularity of the Internet system and environment, the information and personal data you share in the service may be copied, reproduced, altered or used for other illegal purposes by others. You are fully aware of the existence of such risks, and confirm that such risks should be completely borne by you, and TAG does not assume any responsibility for this.
Liability and Compensation for Breach of Contract
1. If TAG finds or receives reports from others that you have violated this Agreement, TAG has the right to delete and block the relevant content at any time without notice, and take measures including but not limited to restricting, suspending, and terminating your use of TAG accounts and services, restricting, suspending, and suspending. Measures to terminate your use of part or all of the Service (including but not limited to disowning affiliation with groups or members, deleting address books, restricting additional members, restricting sending messages or adding friends, etc.), and pursuing legal liability.
2. You agree to fully indemnify TAG or its affiliates for any claim or request made by any third party against TAG as a result of any information you upload, transmit or share through the Service, use of other features of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any rights of others, and any losses incurred by TAG or its affiliates as a result.
Effective Notice
1. Any notice sent by TAG to you may be made by e-mail, page public area announcement, personal network area prompt, mobile phone SMS or regular letter, and such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to or effective to the user from the date of sending.
2. You agree that any notice you give to TAG shall be sent to the official announcement of THE TAG or to inform the user of contact information such as e-mail, mailing address, fax number and other contact information in the manner described in Article 12.1, or to be served using other notification methods recognized by TAG.
Dispute Resolution and Others
1. The interpretation and application of this Agreement, as well as disputes related to this Agreement, shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, and the Shanghai Huangpu District People's Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the above provisions may be severed and the remaining parts shall remain in force and effect.
3. If TAG waives the rights stipulated in this Agreement in the event of the User's negligence or breach of contract, it shall not be deemed to have waived its negligence or breach of contract against the User for other or future similar negligence or breach of contract.
4. This Agreement shall supersede all oral and written agreements, arrangements, understandings and communications previously reached by the parties with respect to any matter under this Agreement.5. TAG has the right to transfer all the rights and obligations under this agreement to its affiliates according to the business adjustment, and the transfer will be notified in the manner specified in this agreement, and you agree have no objection to this.
