From November 29th to December 1st, 2022, The Adecco Group ushered its first Global Leaders Summit (GLS) in three years since the outbreak of the pandemic. Under the theme of "Unleash" of this GLS, 300 global leaders from Adecco, LHH and AKKODIS, the three GBUs of the group visited Lisbon, Portugal.

Margaret Jack (Member of the Board of Directors of FESCO Adecco),  Ni Ying (CEO of The Adecco Group China), Cloris Zhang (CFO of The Adecco Group China) , Amy Ding  (Director of The Adecco Group China), Song Feifei (General Manager of FESCO Adecco Shanghai), James Zhu (General Manager of FESCO Adecco Suzhou), Kevin Liang (General Manager of Strategy & Global Account Department of FESCO Adecco) and Audrey LOW (Managing Director of LHH FESCO) attended the summit to collaboratively work on the actions needed to deliver our Future@Work Reloaded plan together with global leaders.

At the GLS Opening Ceremony, Denis Machuel, CEO of The Adecco Group, delivered an opening speech in which he reflected on where we stand today, and our exciting future together as we unleash our full potential.

GLS is not only a grand event for Global Leaders, but also a celebration of the outstanding achievements of our teams and the impact they made. An award ceremony was held during the celebration night on 1st Dec. to recognize individuals and teams that have made significant contributions to moving our business forward, and whose work or projects have positively impacted individuals, organizations, and the world around us.

Jean-Christophe Deslarzes, Chairman of the Board of the Adecco Group, reiterated in his closing speech at GLS the three levers to unleash full potential – Simplify, Execute and Grow, and expressed his best wishes to the coming 2023.

During the GLS, Jean-Christophe Deslarzes (Chairman of the Board), David Prince (Member of the Board of Directors) and Denis Machuel (CEO of the Adecco Group) met with the China delegation. At the meeting, the China delegation reported China’s business situation to the group leaders and sent New Year greetings on behalf of Wang Yi’e, Chairman of FESCO.

The trip was filled with a vision for the future and gratitude for the past. Ms. Margaret Jack, Member of the Board of Directors of FESCO Adecco, will soon end the journey with us for more than ten years. Taking this opportunity, the Group presented Margaret with a farewell surprise and gift, and at the same time, on behalf of Mr. Wang Yi’e, who was unable to go to the scene, conveyed FESCO's thanks and blessings for her support over the years. Looking back over the past decade, Margaret has been committed to promoting government relations, helping business growth, facilitating communication and mutual understanding among shareholders, and witnessing the development of the joint venture from the very beginning.
